We ask that you be patient with our new screening guidelines when you arrive. We are working to be as efficient as possible: safety is our number one priority.

Please, prior to your arrival…

• If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, use the self – online assessment tool – if you do have symptoms, call to re-book your appointment.

• Wear clothing appropriate for your service, especially for color or highlights – change rooms are not available – fresh capes and towels are used for each service.

• No family, friends or pets, we have limited reception space in which to maintain our physical distancing practices.

• If you would like to spend more time in the chair, and less time at the shampoo sink, please arrive with prewashed hair.

Arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, head into the main floor – if we are running behind, you may be asked to wait in the parkade, or in your car!

Upon arrival, we will have a team member who will be following screening guidelines – this will include:

• Asking you to confirm that you do not have symptoms

• A temperature check – if you register over 38C or 100.4F, we will rebook your appointment for you

• Wear a mask – you MUST wear a mask during your service – your stylist will also be in a mask, as regulated by AHS

• Hand sanitizer or hand washing prior to putting on your mask

Then, head on upstairs (elevator or stairwell option) …, your Stylist will take over

• We have reminders on the floor for physical distancing

• Megan and Andrew will wave from behind the plexiglass
